Ms Masuma Sarker

Ms. Masuma Sarker is a plastic surgeon from Bangladesh, currently working as an oncoplastic breast surgeon at Castle Hill Hospital in the UK. With a deep commitment to improving breast cancer care, particularly in low- and middle-income countries, she is dedicated to developing effective comprehensive cancer care management. Ms. Sarker was honored to receive a scholarship from the US Federal Government to deliver a talk on the strategic approach to improving breast cancer care.

In addition to her clinical work, she serves as an international faculty member for the Bangladesh School of Oncoplastic Surgery, where she actively contributes to the teaching and training of Bangladeshi surgeons. Ms. Sarker’s professional goal is to foster collaboration and build bridges between surgeons in Bangladesh and the UK, promoting shared learning and improving breast cancer care globally.
